The Red and Black 9-Tail Flogger offers a range of stimulation to the receiver. Each of the 9-tails is made of leather. Each tail measures 14.5" in length and will provide a good sting when used. The handle which is rubberized for a good grip also has a button that operates the vibration mode. There are four different levels of vibration, one with each button press (fast -- pulse one -- pulse two -- slow).

The entire nine tails flogger measures 29" in total length. You can use it as a standalone flogger or insert 2 AA batteries (not included), and take advantage of the vibration feature. The flogger is black with red trimming.
